How Can Osteoporosis Be Treated?
I have osteoporosis with a t score of 3.7. My doctor wants me to take Prolia, but I don t want to. I ve read reviews on it..and it scares me. I m 70 yrs. and never had a fracture of any kind. I m very confused on what I should do. What would you recommend ??

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You Can use the medicines mentioned below:
Tab. Shelcal (calcium plus Vitamin. D)
Calcitonin, if not cured bisphosphonate may help. Before you start the treatment consult an endocrinologist and get done your parathyroid hormone level done. If you are using any steroids tapper down the dose.
