How Can Pain And Bleeding Caused By Haemorrhoids Be Treated?
i have piles issue since december 2016. i had taken the treatment from surgeon only for 3 months. i only eat vegeterian food but it still come and go. sometime it bleeds with pain and some times without pain. please suggest should i again start treatment of it, to get permanent relief from this desese.

Dear the pain and bleeding treated with eating high fiber diet, regular exercise, avoid cool'drinks and smoking. drinks plenty of water and regular exercise. Use metamucil or benefiber for bulk formation.
use syrp lactulose thirty ml after dinner for five days. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
