How Can Pain And Broken Blood Vessels In The Eyes Be Treated?

I just noticed some eye pain as if it were throbbing or having something in my eye. I rubbed it and now it looks like a blood blister popped in my eye. Blood red. I read about the subconjunctival Hemmorage. My eye is sore but no other symptoms that I am aware of. Do I need to be seen by a doctor? Thank you

Hello,

It can be subconjuctival hemorrhage which is self limiting, can apply cold compression. History of blunt injury may be there, it can be hypertension chronic cough, constipation, for which you should take high fiber food and husk of isabgol dissolved in water. You can take cremafin at bed time, you may get your eye examined by eye doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
