How Can Pain And Pressure In The Head Leading To Hearing Loss Be Treated?

I had a LP on 7/18 had bad pain and pressure had a blood patch on 7/19. Currently I am feeling so much pressure in my head, like going up for a flight but 10X as worse and hearing loss from the pressure/fullness. There is really no head pain just mass pressure. And my face feels warm, no fever. IDK what to do?
