How Can Pain And Swelling In The Eyes Due To A Mosquito Bite Be Treated?

Hi!! My 4 year old sister’s eye is acting up. It started out looking like a mosquito bite and progressively got worse around her eye. We have an ice pack on her eye and she says it’s helping a little. We asked her how it felt and she said it was throbbing (not in those exact words, she’s only 4). What should I do?
