How Can Pain And Swelling On The Right Ankle Be Managed?

i have hade a swollen right ankle for a week with a sharp pain in my right heel, should I have a Dr. look at it or continue to keep ice on it? I am a 76 year old male with medication controlling my clorestal and try les troll, and are over-weight! Thank you.

I suggest you to take X-Ray of the respective area and consult an orthopedician. It might be calcaneal spur.
I advise you to take T.Hifenac D BD (twice daily after food) for 3 days.
