How Can Pain Around A Wound On The Palm Be Treated?
Hi, I met with an accident 3 days back and got hurt on both left and right palm. I went to the hospital and got it dressed, took tetanus shot and also was given Pan, zifi-cv tablets. I still have some pain around the wound and sometimes have fluids secreted from the wound. I have been applying betadibne solutions twice daily. what can i do to speed up the healing process

You can do dressing regularly, you may use zinc and vitamin C containing tablet may useful for early healing. Use Diclofenac sodium and Serratio peptidase tablet twice a day for five days to reduce pain and edema. Don't soak your hands frequently, eat sufficient amount of protein. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor. He will examine and treat you accordingly.
