Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It seems that you have soft tissue injury or have sustained some fracture in bones around knee.Go for an X-ray of both knee joints Antero-posterior and lateral views.Sensory symptoms caused by MS ,commonly are tingling & paraesthesiae;pain is rare. Meanwhile you can take NSAID (Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) e.g. piroxicam 20 mg daily with omeprazole 20 mg daily orally for 03 days. Apply cold compress with ice-cold water. It will reduce swelling ,if any and pain.
