Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Both are different entities or may be due to same problem.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Back pain may be due to spondylosis or renal calculi or muscle spasm etc.

Yellow color stools may be due to acute gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or infections etc.

Get stool examination is done, get X-ray lumbar spine and ultrasound abdomen then consult your doctor. He will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
