How Can Painful And Swollen Bump Be Treated?

I have a round shaped hard bump with yellow and black in the middle. It’s swollen and red around surface. Approximately the size of a quarter under the skin surface. It’s extremely painful with everything movement I make. Any suggestions?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It may be a boil secondary to staphylococcus Infection. It may take time to open and drain pus. use antibiotics like Amoxiclav twice a day for five days. use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use tablet Diclofenac sodium and serratio peptidase twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
