How Can Painful Bowel Movements With Rectal Bleeding Be Treated?

hi ive suffered for the past year with bowel problems when i go its pain ful and takes awhile but i have to lean to one side and i hear lots of bubbling noises then it falls away from me but for the past 3 days ive been losing blood and its dark in colour and has small black like clots
