Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First and foremost thing being, she needs a lot of reassurance. what we need to look at is how her symptoms even started in the first place and what has led to the onset of these symptoms. is her behavior the same even when she is at home? or is she paranoid only when she’s outside?
I would like to recommend physical exercise like brisk morning walks, 2-3 days a week, and good amount of physical activity through out the day as well. and support her well emotionally and reassure that everything will be fine, when she’s going out. If symptoms still persist despite all these measures, it’s better that you consult a psychiatrist.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
