How Can Partial Hearing Loss Be Treated?
i have a problem in my ears its not proper catches all the voices coming from second person,when the person is in shouting mode then i will understand what they want to say,if any person speaks with me in normal voice then there voice is not audible to me,so pls suggest me what to de either i have to go to ear machines or some thing else

Hi,
Hearing loss needs to be well investigated before deciding the cause and thus a specific management.
You should get the following things done:
Audiometry to see which ear is most affected and the probable cause like whether only air conduction loss in which medicines and minor surgery may help or Sensorineural hearing loss which may need hearing aid.
CT scan with MRI as combo-study to see for all structures of ears, the nerves from ears and so on.
Examination by an ENT Surgeon and correlation with the investigations will help to know the exact cause and thus allow a specific management.
Hearing aid only if the Doctor suggests so after in depth evaluation.
get started on proper medications as would be advised and then continue till advised by your Doctor.
