I've got this gigantic pimple that has been growing on my left cheek for the past 4 days. Yesterday it was bright red in colour and it had no head. I decided to burst it with cue tips. Puss came oozing out followed by blood. A scab grew on it but it fell off. Now there's a hole on the pimple which is red in colour. It sort of looks like a volcano. The pimple went down, but there's this red hole/patch on it. How do i get rid of that.
