I wounded my face one time because I try to remove a White Hair growing in my face. After I Remove it the skin around it starts to be easily peel off and it feels kinda wet and everytime I pinch it will secrete water-like. I put medicine for wounds on it. But skin is the one who heals and the white hair is growing again. And after I remove the white hair it the skin is peel off and the water substance starts again. We just Repeat it and Repeat it.
You could be having an infection of the hair follicle or it could just be a sebum (oily secretion from the skin).
Please avoid manipulating the white hair. On the peeled area of skin, you could apply an antibiotic ointment. And for white hair, you could cut or trim the hair if it is only one. If you have more white hairs, then you must consult your Dermatologist for discussing treatment option that suits you.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
