How Can Penetration During Intercourse Be Made Smooth And Painless?

I have had phobia of having sex since the 8th grade and feel like every time my boyfriend tries to insert himself in, it hurts. We've done foreplay etc but it still hurts really bad. Is there something I can apply so that it is numb and I don't feel the pain when it tares?

Sex is natural process in which penis enters vagina and after some friction both partner get orgasm.When any female going to have sex first time , she is going to feel somewhat pain as hymen is going to tear if it is intact. If hymen is already teared due to some reasons before , there might be no pain.
Intensity of pain diameter of hymen,vaginal opening and size of penis.
I can suggest few things to avoid pain or less pain.
Your partner can have lubricated condom which help to enter in to vagina smoothly.
You can check your opening with your clean little finger. Gradually enter finger into vagina. Then you can use more thick finger like index finger to judge opening diameter. It will help you to make vaginal opening increase in diameter and comfortable of entering of penis.
After firs intercourse you probably will not have any pain.
So as a natural law, any activity first time cause some discomfort and experience makes the man perfect.
