How Can Penis And Scrotum Skin Darkness Be Treated?

Hi, I am 27. I have a problem with my penis and the groin as a whole. I am fair in complexion. But the color of my penis is dark (dark brown or nearly black) same with the skin of my scrotum. I feel really embarrassed about it and I don't have any confidence (in relationships), just because of this color problem. Thus I always keep distance from girls when they try to get close, in fear that if they see it they would laugh on me or something like that. I am even thinking not to marry to avoid embarrassment. Is there any solution to make it white to match with the rest of my skin. It was white when I was a kid (uptil 12-13 yrs of age before I hit the puberty).

This is absolute functional condition you have developed, because color of skin of genital is not important but your relation with your partner is matter, moreover color of genital always little different from the other body skin and this is genetically decided (Unless have some skin disease ) and this is can not be changed or altered, and not to worry, take care.
