How Can Penis Glans Dryness, Itching And Bruising Be Treated?

Hi Since being circumcised 12 years ago, I have ended up with a dry and itcy bellend. I try to keep it moisturised but sometimes it s so itcy I end up rubbing it till it s sort. Sometimes it end up with little cuts and sometimes rather bruised. All STI/STD tests come back clear and I shower twice aday with sensitive body washes and never use soap on my genitals. Can you suggest anything?
