Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Viral fever is likely just wait for some days and it will be okay, paracetamol is drug of choice in case of fever and pain, if the fever keep coming then routine test is must, it may be bacterial infection of parasitic illness and this can only be differentiated with test in female urinary tract infection is common and this also need to be ruled out, condition demands the medical attention if fever is persistence.

Hope I have answered your query, Let me know for further assistance.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As there is persistent fever with raised liver enzyme levels, she requires additional evaluation of total white blood cell counts, ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for further detail diagnosis and care.

Thanks.

Take care.
