hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you have tinea cruris.
my treatment advise would be:
1. maintain hygiene.
2. wear loose cotton clothes.
3. wash the groin area, atleast twice a day.
4. i would prescribe you to take a course of oral and topical antifungals for atleast 3 months regularly like cap itraconazole and miconazole/terbinafine cream, after consulting a dermatologist nearby.
5. for itching, you can take tab levocetrizine bd.
wishing you good health.
thank you
