hi i am 46 , i have normal sex life no issues , i was dignosed with diabities 3 years back , initially all was normall suddenly i was not able to pull my forskin back not it has become very tight I am not able to have sex due to this m and if i try to pull back i get cracks in the skin and it very painful.
