my father age 80 years is suffering copd/Lrti/140/Lbbbb/Asmi/pre-removal azotama / Hyponatramia
Treatment giving by local doctors.neurocetam-1200,Lanoxin0.25mg,
clopitab-A75. My father is not getting hungry he is eating per day only
two-Idly or two piece bread.

I can understand your concern.
Your father is having many diseases involving many organs like lungs, kidney, heart etc.
All these diseases suppress appetite.
So you can try appetite stimulant in his case.
Cyproheptadine is appetite stimulant. It acts on appetite center of brain.
Cyproheptadine syrups are commercially available over the counter.
Give 1 tea spoon full thrice daily.
Also correct Hyponatremia (low sodium).
Don't worry, he will be alright with all these.
