How Can Poor Vision Be Treated?

Sir my mother have eye problems dr advice to TB test and chest CT scan . Her TB GOLD is positive and Mantoux is 18mm And ACE is 34 all other test are normal And chest CT scan is also normal Dr says she don t have TB but have TB infection and high chance to get TB . They start AKT4 and wysolone for eye problem.. But her vision not increase .. Can u pls guide me what I do

I can infer that her TB disease must have spread to eyes and it involves the retina and choroid both of which are very necessary for vision. I would advise you to finish the course of AKT and Wysolone and then see how the vision is because as of now I cannot advise as this is the standard protocol. also can you mention what is the extent of eye involvement please.
