How Can Popping Sensation In The Ears Be Treated?

Hello....I ama female, 68yrs, 74kls, 63cm in height. Since I had a sliding fall in the bathroom Oct 16 (I didn t hit my head but jerked it I guess), I ve had giddiness and unbalance. The Dr had given me exercises to help place the crystals in their right place in my ear. They did help, but since then I have had 2 sessions again where my head was jerked (rough waves in the ocean) & a fall. I ve tried to do the exercises and also have been to a Phsio & Chiropractor as my neck was giving me trouble. Anyway, I have this problem off and on through the week and sometimes my husband has to drive me to town. I do use Stemetil but am reluctant to use it very much. Why I am online, is that last night I woke up with a feeling inside my ear that an earwig was crawling around and then a sound like I suppose...a popping and then like my ear was draining water. Is this significant? I d like to recover from this problem, as I like to teach primary school children, piano music and be a grandma. Thank you...Kind regards Vicki
