How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed Post IUI?

I just had an IUI tx w/ clomid for x1wk and an hcg inj.Prior to IUI tx .Now I'm 3days late from menses and experiencing some lower abdominal pain.. Not cramping, just sore and very tender. What does this mean? Is it to early to test ? If I test will it be a false positive because of hcg infection? Pleeeeease help.

Do serum beta hCG level it will help you to confirm your pregnancy..

If you are conceived hCG level Will be high.
