the usual timings for sex before ejaculation is normal when it is 3 to 7 minutes..if it is less than 2 minutes, then it is considered as
premature ejaculation..
but, premature ejaculation is subjective term, if you feel that you ejaculate early then it shud be considered as a premature ejaculation..
it can be treated with behavioral methods as well as by drugs..the behavioral techniques are easy to understand and practice..your partner can also help you in this....
in my opinion, if the problem is distressing then you shud
consult a psychiatrist and ask for help..he will tell you more details about your problems and guide you through treatment...
you shud not take any sex pills without consultation from a psychiatrist..you can trust a doctor, who is qualified psychiatrist or
sexologist...do not trust others, who are doing malpractice [ dont take ayrvedic ans
homeopathic medicines]..
