hi.. adeel.. i have read your concerns ...i want to inform u that...watching porn movies and masturbating are not bad habits, it is our culture that has named them as bad..but scientifically they are not harmful..

when person starts thinking that some of his habits or behaviors are not accepted culturally and religiously, then he might blame himself about the wrongdoing and starts worrying and becoming anxious..this starts a vicious cycle in which person has anxiety which causes sexual problems and these problems further aggravate the anxiety and cycle goes on...

u are already a strong and positive person...u shudnt think negative,..
premature ejaculation is early orgasm, ejaculating at a early time after erection like normally it is more than 5 mnts and if ejaculating within 1 or 2 mnts then it is premature ejaculation...

Premature ejaculation can be treated or controlled with the help of behavioral methods and the drugs..

The behavioral techniques u have to practiced during sex and does not expect the benefit from the first day.. it will take time.. your partner can also help u by participating in the behavioral intervention..these techniques are very difficult to explain here in detail…material is easily available on the internet. U can google the names of techniques, I am about to mention.
Techniques are:
1.     Squeeze technique
2.     Start- stop method
3.     Interruption technique

U can perform these behavioral methods, they are easy to understand..

Premature ejaculation can be controlled by drugs..

SSRI antidepressant drugs cause delayed ejaculation as a side effect, and this side effect is used therapeutically in the treatment of premature ejaculation..these drugs are as following:
Tablet. Paroxetine [paxil 25 mg] at night or
Tablet. Fluoxetine [Prozac 20 mg] in the morning after the breakfast.. or
Tablet. Sertraline [Zoloft 50 mg] at night. Increase the dose to 100 mg after 15 days..

U have to take this drug regularly and its effect will appear only after 15 to 20 days. So be patient for that..

Another strategy is to take drug one hour before sex..the another antidepressant drug dapoxetine [sustinex 30 mg] is given one hour before sex and it cause delayed ejaculation and sexual pleasure to both..

U shud practice the behavioral techniques first..

if u are unmarried then u shudnt worry about premature ejaculation, u just practice the behavioral methods.. it will become normal on its own...
[i have given considering your concern of premature ejaculation, if your concern here is to leave masturbation then u shudnt leave it, just decrease the frequency of masturbation]]
I hope u ll find this advice helpful..best luck..
