Hello
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Prostrate malignancy and the diverticulosis both are the different medical condition and their therapy has nothing to do with each other, more important is treat the prostrate malignancy, it can be well treated with surgery and chemotherapy or either radiotherapy.
Hope I have answered your query, let me know for further assistance.
