How Can Pus In The Right Ear Be Treated?

I am a 42 year old male. I ve had a puss that develops in my right ear with a decrease in hearing and ringing. This has gone on for months. It comes and goes. Been to a local urgent care and they prescribed me antibiotics and an ear drop about 3 months ago.
