Hello,

First we have to confirm that the cause for rectal bleeding, it may be hemorrhoids or fissure or fistulas etcetera. Take high fiber diet and do regular exercise. Drink plenty of water, avoid spicy food and alcohol.

Use Metamucil or Benefiber for Constipation. Use syrup Lactulose thirty ml after dinner for five days. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
