How Can Recurring Multiple Neck Lumps With Pain Be Treated?

Hello. I have multiple lumps on my neck filled with fluid. I have had them lanced several times and multiple courses of anti biotics of all kinds. They still continue to appear and make my life a misery. They are painful, often preventing me from turning my head. One operation left me with an open wound about 2 cm by 2 cm on my neck. Even after this they make a return. Please help, any information is needed. Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Multiple lumps in the neck require a clinical assessment.
Multiple lumps in the neck are most commonly due to lymph node enlargement.
However, fluid filled lumps suggest infectious pathology.
Fluid filled lesions can be boils or it can be tubercular.
A clinical assessment and culture sensitivity of the fluid is also required to know the cause of these lesions.

Thanks and take care
