I am not aloowed to take sitz bath also. so how can i overcome this problem before it concluded into an abcess. At this time i am only having some sweeling in that area which later becomes abcess. plz help.
Any abscess needs incision and drainage. It will not get healed only by oral medicines or external application of the ointments. Better get Obstetrician's advice regarding the incision of the abscess and follow the advice religiously.
