How Can Red Splotches Under The Penis Be Treated?

Hello. I woke up to find that I have, what looks like, 3-4 small (less than 1cm) red .... splotches? on the underside of my penis below the glans. when I stretch the skin, they seemingly disappear, or rather the skin looks smooth- so no raised bumps or anything, but when unstretched, form back into reddish splotches.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having herpes genitalis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antiviral medication like acyclovir 400mg thrice daily for 5 days.
4. Other treatment options are topical acyclovir, oral NSAID given only after consulting a dermatologist.
