Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Treatment can be according to cause of redness, so general checkup should be done. Bleeding time and cloting time should be cheeked to rule out blood dyscryasis other wise it can be inflamatory or allergic cause, stop using cosmetics.

You can start refresh eye tear drop and cromal eye drop. Also, can start taking tablet levo cetrizine. Hair color contains lead and cause allergy, so be careful.

Better to discontinue hair color for few days. Eye lash rubbing cornea should be removed by epilation. Exclude trichiasis, which requires surgical corection. You should see an ophthalmologist for examination and diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can use artificial tear drops for 3 to 4 days. If you still don't feel relived, most probably it's an infection and you should visit an ophthalmologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita
