Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I came to know that you got chostochonritis many times in the past. These can occur again, nothing can completely prevent it ,however its incidence became less if you avoid excessive exertion and protect yourself from viral infection which are thought to be its causes. Treatment of rest and analgesics (diclofenac). Sometimes vitamin D deficiency is the cause so get your vitamin D checked .If it is low then vitamin D supplementation can be taken. I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
