hello.....my boyfriend just came home from a weekend snowboarding.
he told me that while stretching in the lodge while bending forward he got a charlie horse pain in hisupper right abdomen/lower right ribs. He said at first it felt like he was having a heart attack but then realized it was just a muscle. he now has a bulge on his chest that is visible. Should we be worried? can it be just a muscle knott?
