How Can Right Collarbone Enlargement With Pain Be Treated?

My right collar bone has always been a bit more pronounced than my left, sticking out further:-(. Lately it has appeared to get bigger and it hurts. The whole area around it is tender, under my jaw, my neck, under my ear and my shoulder, just below the collar bone . I can do a full rotation of my shoulder and it does not hurt. Just the area in front and on top from my neck to the shoulder. My neck is not stiff , I can turn it and tilt left and right without discomfort. It hurts when I touch it where the two bones almost touch . I wish I could send you pictures. It is hard to explain:-(

Hello,

I have studied your case.
There is possibility of congenital anomaly of development leading to discrepancy in collar bone.
Further investigation like CT OR MRI WILL HELP.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication like pregabalin can be started consulting your doctor.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
