previously diagnosed with bronchitis - given Augmentin No improvement - chest xray proved clear (no pneumonia) reviewed diagnosis - cold and flu virus New prescription Clarithromycin improved but now experiencing extreme pain down right hand side. No associated nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea. some relief now with heat blanket on RHS

If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac combination drugs twice daily for 3 to 5 days. Hope my answers have helped you.
