How Can Scars Be Permanently Removed?
sir i got hurt on my forehead in my childhood days while playing and got stiches on it but till now the marks of stitches is clearly seen in form of a vertical line or scar.sir plz tell me how can i remove the mark completely.plz tell me some treatments

I can understand your concern and your desire for improving the appearance of the scar on face. Even though it is not possible to completely erase a scar but it can be made to improve considerably to give a cosmetically better appearance.
Tretinoin has the property of collagen remodelling and thus may improve the cosmetic appearance of a scar.
It is available as 0.025% as well as 0.05% cream and can be applied once daily at night.
Tretinoin needs to be applied for months (6-8 months) to have noticeable improvement. However it won't fade away the mark completely.
Surgery however remains the most effective option. Fractional CO2 Laser, Microneedling, Dermabrasion etc being some of the most commonly practiced options to improve the cosmetic appearance of a scar.
I would suggest that you see a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon and explore the most effective method to improve the cosmetic appearance of the scar
