How Can Schizoaffective Disorder Be Treated?

I am a 35 year old disabled Schizoaffective man. If any family members have made me loose my mind intentionally like talking threw walls and telling lies on me and making fake Facebook pages what can be done about it all if can be proved? I have been with gulf coast mhmr for 6 years as were. Pleas I need a answer I want it to stop I can prove it. I know these can be paranoias but iv done close checking.. Its real and making me look bad I don t even have a life outside of home because of it
