Hi, Im 31 yrs male married and have a child of 4 yrs and have been trying to have second child but was not possible doctor have diagosed me with varicocele and am confused what to do and they are assuring me with a proper feedback please suggest me what to do and more over im planning to take ayurvedic medicines for the same...

Since you are a known patient of varicocele, get detailed investigations:
Color doppler for knowing the grade of varicocele
Semen analysis to see the defect as you already have 4 years child mean the problem of infertility is recent.
Clinical examination by a General Surgeon or Urologist.
All these things together will lead to a proper plan for surgery.
Surgery done in a proper ways gives results.


Additional points:
No Ayurvedic treatment help, so do not complicate the matter, go for surgery.
Avoid hot and humid places.
Loose clothes.
Sitz bath in cold water,
All help a lot.
