How Can Sensitivity In The Pelvic Area Be Treated After Having Intercourse?

Basically I m having an issue with a sensitivity to my downstairs Business And I had pretty rough sex I wanna say about a few weeks ago to month and normally I m ultra sensitive On my c*** And normally I can barely apply pressure or even touch directly and it was touched pretty roughly and I don t really seem to have a lot of stealing their now and I just wanted to know I guess my question is and whether or not it s possible to cause permanent damage to the nerves
