How Can Severe Anxiety And OCD Be Treated?

Hi I have really bad anxiety and obsessive compulsive spectrum disorder and recently when I get anxiety and stress and obsessive about something I will start feeling nauseous, i ll shake uncontrollable and tremble heavily, and then I will obsess over that issue (whatever it may be) and get depressed, won t wanna eat, I love to sleep, turn to food for comfort when I DO wanna eat, and just wanna be alone a lot and don t wanna talk to anyone. I also get very edgy with people and not happy.
