How Can Severe Bruising And Swelling In The Knee And Calf Be Treated?

I had a tkr of my right knee 4 years ago. About 2 months ago, I fell forward on a marble floor, severely bruising my left knee and splitting my lip. My right leg seemed fine at the time, with some swelling between my knee and calf but nothing major. Yesterday, I noticed when I bend my right leg forward, there is an indentation in my right knee, in the middle. I have also had some back and hip pain on the right side for a couple of weeks. Could I have broken something in the fall?

Yes, you should get an x ray of your knee. Possibly also your hip and back. That depends on your physical examination.
