How Can Severe Depression And Memory Loss Be Treated?

I feel so unhappy, moody, very short tempered, tired and i am experiencing memory loss(this seems to be getting worse) I ve had my b12,thyroid, FBC, this is all ok, my iron is showing borderline, doctor doesn t really give any answers as to what this is or why I m feeling like this. Can you please offer me some advise. BD

drugs like escitalopram would be beneficial




cognitive behavioral therapy with trained therapist is beneficial


moderate exercise,

good diet

adequate water intake is a must
