How Can Severe Depression While In A Distance Relationship With The Spouse Be Managed?
Hello, From the available description, it appears that you are suffering from adjustment disorder a form of maladjustment with current aspect of life. I understand that she is away but this was your conscious decision without realising the potential hurdles in a mature way (Visa, passport etc). The problem can be treated with the use of cognitive behaviour therapy. You are requested to visit a psychologist in your city. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Ashok Kumar, Psychiatrist
