General & Family Physician, Dr. Imran Zeb's Response
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I read your query and here is my answer. Did your ear bleed after trauma? Was there any blood on your ear? The trauma may have injured the ear drum thats why you may have a hearing loss. But it will be temporary in this case. Just clean your ear, don't put anything inside. Avoid water getting inside. Take some strong pain killer if there is severe pain. Or contact your doctor. it will take sometime to recover. Hope i answered your question. Feel free to ask if you have any doubt. Thanks.
