How Can Severe Hair Loss And Bald Spaces On The Scalp Be Treated While On Zinc, Vitamin-B-Complex And Novophane Lotion?

Hi, Have a good day! I ve faced severe hair fall 1months ago. And I was prescribed spirulina at first and I had severe diarrhea, vomiting. So doctor changed my medicine and provided Zinc and vitamin B complex along with novophane lotion that is applied in the scalp. After severe hair fall I have some bald spaces in my hair. How to regrow hair and hair follicles? Thanks

hiii.hair loss in your age group may be to stress,lack of sleep,non intake of nutritious food etc.,have sound sleep.avoid stress.take nutritious food.take multivitamin tablets and iron tablets once a day.it will take some 2 to 3 weeks for hair growth after taking these measures.thank you.
