How Can Severe Headache And Eye Pain Be Treated?

I had a steroid shot a week ago because I got a bad case of poison oak even in my eys. I had brain surgery for meningyoma for my left orbit one year ago. I have had severe heacache eye pain anxiety crying and severe depression. Nausea from the headache. What should i do? I took a serax to help relieve anxiety

Hello,

Try to avoid steroid unless it is advised by senior doctor since side effect are many. It requires tapering. Anxiety should be controlled consult clinical psychologist for examination and counseling lifestyle changes are required to increase your socialization refraction should be done, and if the error is detected, then it should be rectified. Depression should be treated by a psychiatrist. Better it is to be self-controlled to increase your self-control and try to control depression without medicine yoga and meditation may help you.
