How Can Severe Menstrual Cramps Despite Taking Toradol And Meftal Spas Treated?
My period cramps are horrible i take toredol in every 6 hours.. unfortunatly m in india n forgot to get my meds.. I have taken metal spas but it s about 6 hrs now n my cramps are horrible should I take it in every 6 hours? Or cyc lopam will help better?

You should take meftal spas or cyclopam 8 hourly only. You can alternate meftal spas and cyclopam as there is a little difference in formula and mode of action.
For relief of cramps try taking hot shower or put warm pack or warm water bottle over your lower abdomen as other means of relief.
